Energy Tracker
Energy Tracker is a software tool, designed specifically for the offshore oil and gas industry, to monitor the energy efficiency of an installation in real time. It ensures the optimisation of plant performance, which in turn reduces the amount of harmful emissions being released into the atmosphere.Energy Tracker saves the operator money by identifying inefficiencies and reducing fuel consumption. The software helps to ensure that operators meet new demands from environmental emissions regulations. It is used to track the efficiency of offshore combustion equipment in real time. It monitors energy efficiency and identifies loss, therefore reducing the amount of CO2 being released into the atmosphere. Energy Tracker enables operators to reduce costs through optimised maintenance scheduling and reduced fuel consumption.
Energy Tracker flags up potential issues as and when they occur. The Energy Tracker helps to ensure compliance with offshore environmental regulations, such as the PPC Regulations and the Emissions Trading Scheme, by ensuring that engines are running efficiently and plants are reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.
Energy Tracker is currently being used worldwide with great success. It can be either stand-alone or web based and is backed up by a large team of multi-disciplinary engineers to offer continuous technical support.
