Training
Training can take a number of different formats and unfortunately one size does not fit all.
Whilst technical courses and the need for them is widely understood and catered for the skills and information required to carry out the routine tasks of our everyday work can sometimes be missed.
The role out of new procedures is not always a simple case of sending out a document. If there is a work flow chart it is important that all those with a role have the skills able to carry out their portion of that. It is also important that they fully understand the importance of their role within the process; this will assist them in prioritising their jobs should there be a conflict.
PI have a long history in delivering a wide range of training courses. This is complemented by in house specific training and coaching for example in the use of the production loss accounts, carrying out both complex and non complex root cause analysis or the risk and opportunity register.
Auditing and verification loops can also be added to identify where further training or coaching is required. The auditing and verification can also be used to identify where improvements can be made in the process.
